Minnesota supporters of presidential hopeful Ron Paul hope the Texan will win some speaking time at the GOP National Convention in St. Paul.Paul backers won six of a dozen Republican National Convention delegates elected at congressional district meetings in Minnesota over the weekend.Marianne Stebbins heads the Texas congressman's Minnesota campaign. She calls it a tactical victory aimed at bringing Paul's libertarian message to a wide audience, and says his supporters hope to win Paul speaking time at the convention in September.
