Over the weekend my family and I went to the Rennaissance Festival in NY state. Naturally, I took the opportunity to wear my RP t-shirt and I'm glad I did! I received more comments and thumbs-ups in the six hours I was there than I have in the past six months! While the people who showed support may not have been very knowledgeable in terms of politics in general (neither was I a year ago) they each seemed to recognize the dire straights we are in and that RP was the ONLY HOPE for America at this point. How refreshing it was to talk to people, almost all in their late teens and early twenties... (original story)
